A stunning result crowns a splendid Easter program with 4 points out of 6 against two of the top three teams in the division. And the performance was excellent and a thoroughly deserved win.
Tooting did have chances, however, and Rams had to ride their luck as the visitors twice hit the woodwork but Croydon took their chances and exposed the Tooting defence for what it is, vulnerable.
It is difficult to pick out a man-of-the-match as the whole team performed well but Danny Waldron in midfield and Luke Adams at the back both made a good contribution. The 'Supporters Player of the Season' voting slips were handed out before the game and Luke Adams is my pick given his regular good performances in whatever position he has been asked to play.
