A Morrison goal early on followed by Hudson's header near the end completed a solid win over the team in 2nd place in the table. It was Palace's biggest test during the 15-match run without defeat in the league. Bristol have been having a good season but in truth were no match for the rejouvenated Palace who are still predominately made up of the team that Peter Taylor left when he was sacked.
But it is not just on the field that things have improved. Off the pitch the confidence is becoming infectious. Not only are the crowds coming back (notwithstanding a good turn-out from Bristol) but they are starting to make a noise too! There is a new belief and for much of the game it was rocking!
